Our services
The Quiet Staff provides AI-assisted communication, scheduling, follow-up, and marketing services for local service businesses. Some calls may be answered, handled, or recorded by an automated assistant, as described in our Privacy Policy. Specific services, features, and pricing are described in your service agreement.
Text messaging
If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive appointment-related messages such as booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule prompts, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOPto opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and opting out will not affect your ability to receive our services by other means.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Governing law

In any proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
Waiver of jury trial
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be, severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
